03 / Why monthly

A website isn't a thing you buy. It's a thing you keep.

Most small-business sites die the day they ship. The monthly relationship is what keeps yours alive.

Always covered.
Security, uptime, backups, framework updates — we're on it before you'd ever notice.
Fast changes.
Menu swap at 4pm. A new hire next week. A typo your partner spotted. All handled.
Never stale.
Fresh case studies, new projects, updated hours. The site evolves with the business.
No surprises.
No project fees. No hourly rates. No chasing developers who stop answering.
04 / What clients say

The sound of relief.

Mariana L.Owner, Ortolan · Austin
"I texted them at eleven at night about a typo on our menu. It was fixed before I woke up. That's the whole pitch."
David K.Partner, Westwood & Hale
"We used to budget eighteen thousand dollars for a redesign every three years. Harbour is a fraction of that and our site is better every month."
Priya R.Principal, Fielding Landscapes
"I haven't logged into a CMS in fourteen months. I just call Ben."

06 / Questions

The ones people actually ask.

What exactly is a "deployment"?+
A deployment is any change going live on your site — new content, a design tweak, a fresh case study. We deploy every weekday, so most requests are live the next morning. Urgent things go out same-day.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Monthly billing, cancel whenever. No contracts, no minimum term, no exit fee. You keep your domain. If you'd like, we'll migrate everything to a host of your choice on the way out.
Do I own my website?+
The content, copy, and brand — always yours. The design system and code live on our infrastructure during the subscription. If you ever want to own the codebase outright, we have a one-time buyout option.
What if I need a lot of changes in one month?+
Send them all. "Unlimited" is literal. The only real constraint is our daily deployment schedule — we tackle one request at a time, in the order they arrive.
How fast do you turn things around?+
Most small updates go live within one business day. Larger requests — a new page, a rethought section — usually ship within three to five days, with a draft in twenty-four hours.
What happens if I want to leave?+
We'll export your site, hand you the content, and help you land somewhere good. No drama, no lock-in. The relationship ends as cleanly as it started.

A website that's always taken care of. Starting this week.
